Welcome to Agape Youth Behavioral Health
Even very young children may show early warning signs of mental health concerns. These mental health problems can be a product of the interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors.
Half of all mental health disorders show first signs before a person turns 14 years old, and three quarters of mental health disorders begin before age 24.
Unfortunately, less than 20% of children and adolescents with diagnosable mental health problems receive the treatment they need. Early mental health support can help a child before problems interfere with other developmental needs (MentalHealth.gov).

Stephanie is Awesome she listens to the parents and child and gives us great advice and has been a great relief to me and my husband.
My son saw Dr. Jennings for a first visit and it was a great experience. Dr. Jennings took the time to build rapport with my son and asked both of us questions in a conversational way that set us at ease. He is clearly a very kind, caring, and professional clinician. It was worth the drive from NW Georgia to see him and his friendly staff.
Dr Jennings takes the time to talk to the kids and the parents he listens to what you have to say and has helped my son in so many ways I’m so thankful for him and his staff.

I also like that Agape provides really fun and unique social skills groups. They offer various activities so kids can join a group with others who share the same interests.

My 3 boys have been seeing Dr. Pittman since 2017. He has been wonderful and has helped our family so much. He understands my boys’ individual needs and I trust they are getting the very best care with him. Nurse Jessica has been like a lifeline in between appointments with Dr Pittman. She always returns my calls promptly and goes above and beyond to address my concerns. My youngest son saw Tim Todd for just over a year and he really helped him through a very tough time in his life. The front office/reception staff is always great! Steven always greets us with a smile and is so helpful when I call with scheduling needs. I highly recommend this group.
The absolute best in the City. Dr. Pittman saw the need for these pediatric services in our area years ago and created a place for children where they enjoy their services and get the guidance needed to suceed. He has grown rapidly, which is indicative not only of the necessity, but of the quality of services provided at Agape Youth Behavioral Health. Refills are a breeze with the nursing support staff. Stephen and the secretarial staff are always nice and helpful. If you are on the fence about any aspect of pediatric therapy they will work with you to make the best decision for the child. You have to give them a call. Don’t wait!!!!
